Marsh Mist is an intricate weaving of
reeds and light as seen through a thin
mist. There is an intimation of sunlight
soon to come. Transparent watercolor directly
painted onto a handmade paper, the image
is 39.5"x29.5". The deckle-edged
paper is mounted on off-white linen and
framed in a muted grey-washed ash frame
47"x37".
It was featured in her solo exhibition in May
and June 2003 at the Charles Allis Art
Museum, Milwaukee, WI.
